I thought water and oil didn't mix well. Shouldn't foam or some other approach be used here vs. 100,000 gallons of water?!

I suppose this means we can count on another 30 cent rise in gas prices by the weekend.

Amazing as fuel prices increase, how accidents happen to lower the amount of oil for refining.
