Why? 'Cos Ogden's getting some-uh them ole fayshin'd streetcars! Why, that's just 30 minutes away! Shoot, I'll be derned if that town ain't on the up-and-up!

And I hope they're clad in bullet-proof glass and have security officers on-board. Outdated transportation systems may harken back to when that city wasn't a dump, but will do little toward making it less of one now.
