I don't care about the Osmonds.

Then please do us all a favor and find a paper that does not write about them.

I love stories about the Osmonds. I have a friend in England that has been in love with Donny since she was a teenager and I always send her stories about them. Good to hear good news.

Marie and Donny are a class act. Nice to see them back in Vegas. Marie has a talk show. I can't wait. What happened to The Duets where Marie was a judge?

Go Osmonds!!!

to "Dear I Don't Care", why is it too much to ask that we not have to endure endless articles about the Osmonds? There are plenty of other LDS celebs that we might like to hear about occasionally. Donny says that he doesn't know how Marie does it (motherhood); well, I would like to see her do it like so many of the rest of us do...with little money, limited resources, and caring for our children 24-7 without the help of a nanny. Now here's an interesting concept for a new reality show (and I might just enjoy seeing it written about in the DN), "Marie Tries to Survive in the Real World as a Non-Celebrity".

I really like the Osmonds but wonder why Marie of all people is making her life more complicated and not staying home and being a full time mother???? her children need her badly...she is always bragging about them, step up to the plate instead of signing on more work and be a mother!!!! that's the most important job you can do right now...and don't tell me that you are doing all this for the money, you have plenty! Sounds like your running away from the responsibility of motherhood.
By the way, I've made it as a single parent for 13 years on my own on very little money and we are doing great!!!
Happy Mothers Day to all the Mothers out there!

I am thinking that Marie's 2nd husband, Brian, got a load of money from her in the Divorce settlement and now she has to go back out and make the money back to support her Botox treatments and big family.
Go Osmonds! | 9:37 p.m. May 11, 2008
We need heros like the Osmonds, who are consistently good role models who have worthy standards.

It is very disturbing to see so many celebrities self destruct and in so doing dominate the media.
You have to greatly admire and respect Marie for making such an amazing "comeback". She is obviously doing this out of necessity and it sounds like her kids are having fun being a part of it.

Here come the grouches
I guess a good news story about celebrities who didn't self-destruct and continue to thrive just isn't the kind of news grouches want to read.
I'm looking forward to seeing them both on stage this month and again in July - nice people doing well-I'd far rather read about that than yet another celeb fallen off the wagon and in trouble.

All I can say is Donny is still DREAMY after all these years!

I've always admired how the Osmonds just keep on going. They set their standards high in all areas of life and have dealt with adversity with a lot of class. I'm a bigger fan of the Osmonds now than I was back in the 70s. Way to go Osmond family!

It's too bad that people envy the Osmond so much because they are clean cut and pure. I am so grateful that we have positive role models like the Osmonds for our kids to see that goodness equals lifelong fame. The current teen idols are too busy partying and possing semi-nude and the like. Go OSMONDS!
