Envision Utah has don a lot of good. Kevin Fayles does a wonderful job.

I don't know who wrote the words to the survey, that should have been linked to in this article. blueprint dot slco dot org

The survey should be filled out by everyone. Just remember that it is full of bias and that they want you to change your thinking while you take it. They won't even let you start answering until page 11.

I remember about 15 years ago canoeing down the Jordan River. I believe we counted 23 shopping carts in it, along with a few couches, a headless doll, and other garbage.

People will treat the river with respect if the city works to keep it clean and maintain the area around its bank and the bridges over it.

I can't wait until the river floods in a few years and the people who have developed too close to it get state and federal aid to rebuild.
