If UTA can make safety improvements necessary to create quiet zones, why
can't Union Pacific?

I never thought I'd actually see (hear) the day! Thank you to the leaders
who finally made this a reality. In the 21st Century, it always baffled me that
we were allowing a 10,000 decibel horn to warn us about a train.
