What happen to the truth in Utah? One kid wrote a lie about what Kobe said. He
twisted it around so you can pat him on the back. Other kids are still on Fisher
even though they got the story wrong. Fishers daughter is seeing Dc. in LA, not
NY. And the beat go's on. Are there any honost basketball fans there that
appreciated good baskerball? Utah is getting a rep. around the lequae as the
town who's fans don't know basketball and are downright evil.And,MJ
did the same thing Kobe did.

If the jazz play intense defense and attack the hoop, they have a shot. Gasol
nor Odom are bigtime interior defenders. If Boozer ever looks like he did in
last years playoffs against Houston, the Jazz can beat anyone. Booz and Andre
are the two keys, but 75% of the time they look disinterested and pathetic. If
they step up well can beat LA, but Im thinking theyll do a no show and well
watch Kobe shoot freethrows and Gasol will get wide open dunks and shoot 80%
like Oberto did last year. Hopefully the Jazz learned intesity in this series
with Houston and come out strong and physical on both ends, but more so on
offense. The jumper kills us.

I'm a huge Jazz fan and have been since I lived in the state 27 years ago.
I'm optimistic about the 2nd round. However, chances are that the
officials will not call the game fairly. I'm not whining; it's all
understandable, as the NBA is a business and they are out to make money. I
predict Lakers in 6, with three MVPs in striped white shirts.

"Gods"! They never have been or EVER will be.
It will be a hard fought battle (as is every game), but we can pull it off. Kobe is a great player, I will give him that, but his attitude sucks and he is flat out ignorant. Players like him and T-Mac will never be compaired to MJ, who actually showed class. Thats why he (MJ) is the greatest of all time, not because he ran around the court fist pumping his chest like a gorilla.

Tracy McGrady showed last night why he is a "me" guy and not a team
player. During an in-game pre-taped piece on ESPN, his drive to win this series
wasn't to advance his team to the second round for the first time, but he
said he wanted to win because he hates Jazz fans and he did use the word hate.

hate to break it to ya, but the jazz don't need pao and kobe out to win,
they play a little tougher ball than the baby soft nugs, and that can really get
into pao's head. Kobe will get his 40 (with 20 from the line) but we can
shut down everyone else, go jazz.

Nice Job Guys on Finishing off the rockets in 6. especially deron good game,
they played like a team just as i suspected. the jazz will keep some momentum
and go to LA. I just hope they dont lose some of it, and i also hope they play
like a team. if they do those things they put there selves in a position to win.

You hit on my fear exactly. I've watched enough Jazz playoff games in my
life to know that the officials do not want us to win. The Jazz basically need
to aim to win each of these Laker games by at least ten or else the bad
officiating will screw us over. We all know that every time Kobe holds the ball
and shakes his shoulders a foul is going to be called, so we've got to be
extra cautious about our intense defense outside the key.

I am totally pulling a Bogut and high fiving myself for calling the game last
night, I'm just sad that I undercut the Jazz margin of victory by 6 points,
I wasn't expecting Alson to go down.
I think this series is going to be awesome. I think the Lakers are playing so well right now but I think they looked a little better than they actually are playing against the Nuggets (that team is a mess).
The Lakers are more consistent than the Jazz, they are not going to just phone in games (like game 5 in Houston). I think we can expect the Jazz to give one game away in this series.

Won't be a big homecourt advantage for the Jazz. There will be a big
number of Laker fans in the ESA...they come out of the woodwork when LA comes to

The Jazz are obviously a more difficult matchup for the Lakers than the Nuggets
were but don't get it twisted, the Lakers are far more difficult than the
Rockets. The Lakers are a very deep team. They are long, and they are crafty.
And unlike Utah, the Lakers have a player with a killer instinct, and that would
be the MVP, Mr. Bryant. Kobe, by himself, could send the Jazz packing into the
offseason, but now he has help. Whoo...good luck to you Jazz, you are gonna need
it.

I want to see the jazz win a championship.
However, The jazz ownership, management, coaches, do not seem interested in winning a championship.
They have done nothing to get the best, which is what you need to win a championship.
They have not gone after any by trade or free agency, they have not put themselves in a position to draft one.
All they have done is whatever is good for business, what will sale t-shirts and tickets. And that is find a way to have winning record and to win a few playoff games. That is not hard, over half the teams every year make the playoffs.
All I want is for them to do what is necessary to win a championship.
Boozer and sloan will win you games but they will never win you championships.
The fact is I'm more of a true fan than you.
You hope a championship will happen.
I want see them make it happen.
