Renewable energy is focus of meeting

Thank goodness our governor has the will and determination to try and help the future environment of Utah and the West. The legislature is so annoyed that the governor may enter into some kind of agreement with other western governors (and diminish the power of the legislature) that they actually introduced a bill last session (SB144) to curtail the governor's ability to enter into any agreements without legislative approval.
