A 'windfall' is heading your way

Doug being a journalist should know that this is not a "rebate," but a stimulus check. Since millions of folks will get the cash that paid NO taxes, it can't be a "rebate." Do you think if I went to Best Buy and asked for a rebate on a TV that I didn't buy, that they would know that I didn't understand the word, rebate? Or perhaps just crazy?

You mean, reducing taxes stimulates the economy?
