This should be a warning to any business employing illegal aliens. Wal-Mart
should take notice, as well as all the fast food chains. These businesses know
full well they have and are employing illegal aliens as well as helping illegal
aliens perpetrate ID theft. Our Utah legislators are dragging their feet in
hopes that the american people are going to forget about these illegls being
harbored in Utah with government agency's blessing. The american people
won't forget the actions and inactions of our government representatives to
do their responsible part of making them unwelcome in Utah. Our economy is in a
shambles, our wages and jobs have been lost, and businesses are being allowed to
blatanly violate state and federal laws to be licensed to do business in Utah.
Cities should be most active in suspending or cancelling licensing of businesses
employing illegals and no illegal should be allowed to have a business license.
West Valley City needs to screen and monitor the illegals at the Redwood road
Swap meet every week end also. This swap meet has turned into a mexican Tijuana
where illegals abound and use as an outlet to sell stolen property and illegal
imports.

No way this guy will get 20 years. In fact, Bush or McCain will probably give
him a medal.

That will teach them to make their political dues. No one ever goes to prison
for this crime. They will get off with a much reduced penalty, reorganize the
business and go back to work. Only border patrol agents who shoot drug
smugglers do real time.

Don't you feel sorry for him? | 10:36 a.m. April 26, 2008
Heck no! For every illegal in the work force they have stolen someone's
identity. Not mine, thank you very much!

Hopefully this will send a message to all other employers who knowingly hire
illegals. I doubt it will have much of an impact thought, and I hope that ICE
will continue its raids. After the appallingly weak law that the Legislature
recently passed, I'm afraid that unless the Legislature can find its
backbone we'll have to go back to relying on the Feds for the enforcement
of our immigration laws.

Well, Brethren? | 2:39 p.m. April 26, 2008
In light of the measure twice, cut once, get to know them and their
families...position of the Church, how are we supposed to react to a story like
this? Does anyone know the answer?

I called my city counsel to find out the next meeting and I am going to it to
tell them to enforce our laws. If they won't enforce immigration related
laws. I am going to ask them to go after the I.D thieves. I am sick and tired of
the invasion. I ask you all to do the same please.
