Lake Powell pipeline has already cost state $3.3 million

With Utah education lagging behind the rest of the nation, and many Utahans with out health care it's heart warming to see us spending around a billion dollars so that Washington County residents can all have green lawns.

Since when was Cedar City moved to be only 30 miles from St. George? Is this pipeline magical in its ability to shrink distances in half?
