Daniels can't see a good thing when it's stuck right in front of its face!!! Maybe now that gas it getting close to $4.00 a gallon, your retail development will start to look better so they don't have to drive to go shopping??
But anything in Heber valley isn't more than a 10 minute drive anyway.
There is other commercial underway on the south end of Heber too- don't know what all that is called but it looks big much like the Redstone area in Park City-movie theaters, restaurants, retail.

Having commercial anywhere but right in the middle of town where it already exsists doesn't make any sense... except to the self serving people who are most likely starting to regret buying land zoned for grazing. Dang! Shoulda bought the trailer court land!
