Carmen, you think your paltry 28% will change whether legislators listen? You
are giving yourself way too much credit. The fact is Steve was already
listening. As one of his constituents, I have always been able to count on him
to hear me out. That doesn't mean he would always do what I wanted, but I
know he would thoughtfully consider my input before making a decision. That is
all I can ask for.

I think Steve was going to win regardless, but the wide margin had a lot to do
with Carmen's negativity. She was down right nasty and that turned a lot
of voters off. In contrast, I never heard Steve utter a word about Carmen. Way
to go, Steve. You are a class act and I am glad to know you will be
representing us in the Senate!

So, the high profile voucher opponent loses in a landslide and not a headline
mentions it. Had it gone the other way, the media would have made hay with it
for weeks. The bias is astounding.

I would like to ask Southern Utahn when was Snow rude or nasty. I was a
delegate and was not sure who to vote for she would not talk about Urqhart with
me only what she stood for. So I am curious how she was nasty to you. On the
other hand Urqhart was not kind, he could not answer half of my questions and
wanted to know what I saw in Snow. I did not see anything in either, I also
recieved letters at the last minute that had incorrect info avbout Snow in them,
I called and asked them to verify it and they told me to call back. Ipson
walked into a position because the party was behind him. Or so he said. I feel
bad for us all, a primary would have given us the chance to grill these 2, and
we urqhart terrible record, gun bills and anti-public education we needed a
change maybe not Snow but someone.
