Interesting article, it's too bad it's not accurate. For example The theater in Springville ran for more than 2 years not several months and the owner sold to the city after the mayor had expressed interest in the building. Not because it was "failing". I did shows there during the last two years. This article would have been better written by someone who actually runs a theater business locally. Ms. Haddock over simplified the problems and more importantly the solutions. Some of her points were accurate just vague. Deseret News should invite someone to write a follow up. Hale would be a good choice.
