Big Surprise...For the Experts | 12:36 a.m. April 16, 2008
Why do the experts get paid so much to be surprised at this news?

I wonder what Jeff Thredgold has to say about this?

So who is surprised by this? You gotta be kidding.

When Obama is president he will have to tame this monster of inflation that George grew in the white house. Obama will become the bad guy, while George wanders off to cut some more brush.

Still... it will be good to see Obama in the white house. Hurry November.

The Dems blocked Bushs' energy policy, and now blame him for the energy crisis, even though his plan was never enacted. They intenionally devastated the country just so the could regain control. And sadly it will probably work.

The so-called energy crisis is not so much an energy crisis as it is a dollar crisis. Virtually all commodity prices, not just oil, have been climbing. Democrats and Republicans are equally guilty in the devaluation of the dollar via endless borrowing. The Federal Reserve has been flooding the market with fiat dollars, further diluting its value. Attempts to color this as a partisan issue will go no further than the pot calling the kettle black.
