Gray wolves face longer odds of getting established in Utah

I disagree that de-listing the wolf will be detrimental to it's spread to
other states like Utah. Wolves are capable of traveling long distances and
reproducing quickly. When local agencies, hunters and ranchers have control over
these large predators it's better for everyone, including the wolves.
