Yes, it would be nice if the crime had been committed in Texas. This piece of trash after conviction, would be on "death-row". Even if he is convicted of both murders, chances are slim that he will get the death penalty in Utah.
Prosecutor's these days, like to "plea- bargain". This of course makes their job much easier, but we tax payers are burdened to support him and others
for the rest of their natural lives. (Use the death penalty or abolish it!!!)
