Silly Me, I thought they had one, everywhere, kinda like a mass state wide project interspaced with areas of non-projects.

It is a travesty that UDOT is still doing nothing much to slow the death and injury toll on highway 6/89 east of Spanish Fork. There are more deaths and injuries there than in any other road section in State of similar mileage.

I only come up to Utah every 6 months or so to visit friends and family- every time I come up there are projects going on with the same roads that had projects going on the last time I came up.
Just a thought, maybe UDOT could decide what needs to be done and do it all at once.
