I recently accepted a position at a well known firm in Utah. Since I have been there, I have noticed some blind spots. A few being: There is a lack of structure/formal procedures for some important functions, manager focuses time on bigger jobs/employees...and overlooks new development, quick too pass up opportunities that could bring in huge revenue. Although I have no intension to change jobs at this point, I have lost some respect for my superiors. I am a hard worker and always forward thinking...forward moving. It is unfortunate that these blind spots might open my eyes to bigger, better opportunities... at a different company with Panoramic rear view mirrors.
