What about Bob | 12:18 p.m. April 3, 2008
Duck and Weave Bob is now run away Bob. The guy is a lunatic with money and a very big ego.

So... Bob is in trouble? I didn't even see Bob on the list of defendents in this article. They defendants are:

Murray Energy Corp., UtahAmerican Energy Inc., Andalex Resources Inc., Agapito Associates Inc., the mine owners' consulting company; Intermountain Power Agency and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

Of course Bob is highly invovled in all this but they aren't suing Bob individually (nor should they). There are more people, companies and government agencies involved. This tragedy can't be blamed on just one man. Even the Evil Bob.

I hope we can avoid the almost inevitable Bob attacks today. I know people don't like him, but he's almost become like President Bush to the people with Bush Derangement Syndrome (where everything that happens is now Bob's fault). Yesterday I heard people who were suprised Bob hadn't been arrested yet because in their infinite wisdom he is personally guilty of "Homicide"!

I hope we can all just chill a little and try to not be so judgmental. It's the courts job, not our job based on all our prejudice and biases built on selected info the media has decided to given us that Bob is a Murderer.

Obviously we will hear much more regarding investigations of negligence for years to come. Knowing people who work in the industry who personally know victims in this particular mine, their rumblings suggest federal criminal charges are most likely forth coming and very justified. I think the opinions of these individuals are on point! We will wait and learn.
