It couldn't the the fact that the rich can afford medical care and the cost of medication, and the cost of healthy food would it? By healthy food I mean unaltered and unadulterated food we poor folk are force fed. The poor and middle income families are forced to purchase foods with hormones additives, chemical additives, and only God knows what other health hazards grown in areas of hazardous farm lands not fit to eat the food from. It's a Chernobyl affect in our food supply, canned, bottled, and preserved by any hazardous means available. The FDA laws are so inadequate and antique now the health affects are becoming apparent in all of the American people. The rich have a pipeline of information on health just as the illegal aliens have a pipeline of information on how to take over america. The rich don't need to buy insurance, they own the insurance, and drugs and medicines are freebee's for supporting the drug compannies pilfering the americans.

Now I suppose the Libs will be trying to figure out a way to take years of the rich and give them to the poor.

I grew up in one of the poorest sections of SLC. For the first 20 years or so I relied on the lessons I learned among my friends and neighbors and was content to look for jobs that paid me enough to get me some of the "stuff" I wanted back then. Never enough to save or invest, but enough to survive and feel "OK". Then, I read an article that mentioned that graduates from college earned more than twice as much during their life as those with only high school degrees. And graduates, much more than that. It was then that I understood the benefits of enduring a few years of struggle during college.

It took me 12 years total and many different jobs (sadly, my early laziness as a K-12 student made scholorships out of the question), but I eventually got that degree and enough income to do much more than I had imagined for myself.

So, my advice to those who want more (income/life expentancy) is, do something that will make your labor more valuable. Make that your job for now. You can do it.
