What about the Constitution party or the Libertarian party? Did you simply not check.
I found info. for the Constitution party Caucus locations, but can't post the URL here due to the rules of this forum. :-(

Utah voters are also encouraged to know that the Libertarian Party of Utah does not waste voters' time with neighborhood caucuses.

The members of the Libertarian Party of Utah will consider those candidates seeking its nomination at its April 19th convention at the Sandy Library beginning at 11:00 a.m.
