What good are low taxes if I'm stuck in traffic? Raise my taxes and ease my traffic burden!

What good is paying more taxes if they don't plan it for the future instead of limping into it with a patch? American Fork to Spanish Fork and just 12 lanes is hardly a solution into the future. And how many of those 12 lanes are reserved for anyone wanting to pay even more?
