Its wrong that the West side did not get to vote. They will be impacted the most out of this. Good Luck West side. I hope you will prevail. I live on the East side and did not agree with this whole thing to begin with. Its a shame there is this border thing East/West side. Which seems to now have broaden even more. Others I have talked to in other Districts think this is a big joke and are praying it doesn't happen in theirs. Why can't we all get along. Seems like the almighty dollar takes wins again. What an awful shame.

Who is really paying for this never-ending lawsuit? They have lost at least 3 times. I am certain that legal fees have topped $200,000. As I recall, Herriman only budgeted about $20,000. Is perhaps the Jordan School District bankrolling this case to the detriment of its patrons?
