Warrant issued after man fails to appear in court in dead puppies case

And just a quote from a favorite movie of mine, "Cool Hand Luke", 'What we have here, folks, is a failure to communicate', will be his alibi for the no show. Sounds like a fine, up-standing pillar of the community, to me. Personally, I hope he gets his jail cell door welded shut.

I'm terribly sorry for these unwanted puppies. I'm also sorry for the millions of unwanted babies who are aborted in America every year. Are puppies' lives more valuable that human babies?
