I THOUGHT THAT UTAH'S THIRD LARGEST SCHOOL WAS UTAH VALLEY STATE COLLEGE, NOT WEBER STATE. ACCORDING TO STATE RECORDS, UVSC HAS AN ENROLLMENT OF ABOUT 20% MORE THAT WEBER STATE.

This is one proud alumnus who loves to see the growth at SUU. I had a great experience on that campus and hope others take advantage of the opportunities SUU can offer. Go Thunderbirds!

Cedar is a hole! If this school was somewhere else it would be twice as nice.

I have taken classes at BYU, UVSC, SLCC, U of U, and SUU. I like the atmostphere that is created by the STUDENTS at SUU the most. Yeah, I have had good and bad teachers at all of the above. SUU is down to earth, not extremely compeditive, and just a comfortable place to learn and have a good clean fun.

I graduated from HS in Salt Lake, and moved to Cedar City to attend SUU. I lived there for four years. I earned my degree from SUU and have not been back.

I had an amazing time at SUU, and would recommend SUU to anyone considering a university to attend.

To the commenter "Great School." I have to say that I completely dissagree. SUU is great, and so is Cedar City.

I remember going on hikes and camping all around Cedar City with my roommates and friends. Cedar Breaks National Monument, Dixie National Forest, and Zions National Park are all very close to Cedar City. You cant beat the location.

I had several professors who invited me and my classmates to their homes for study groups and dinner. I was an average student. The professors at SUU really care.

I remember trick-or-treating as a gag with my roommates and a group of friends my first year at SUU. We met a family who invited us back to dinner. We became great friends. They would come by and bring us dinner out of the blue sometimes. They are still my friends.

SUU is a great school in a great community.

I am from the South Pacific, American Samoa to be exact. SUU grad, class of 2000. I transferred to SUU in '97 from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. What I found most appealing with SUU was the teacher/student ratios, very convenient. My professors were always approachable, and always within reach whenever I needed them. It is better to be able to communicate directly with your instructors, and not through a teacher's aid/helper (whatever!!). My college experience at SUU was absolutely memorable, I will never forget it! GO T-BIRDS!
