Our wise elected officials have determined that the reason you pay too much for your healthcare is that you are a bad consumer-- because you trust your doctor. You should be going on the internet and then telling your doctor what to do. In fact, you should just skip going to a doctor and treat yourself based on the information you can find on-line. A truly manly consumer can perform a surgery on himself. A few legislators demonstrated this by performing frontal lobotomies on themselves during the session.

Surprised that the Governor feels the state can better handle this instead of the Federal government. After all, he complained about patchwork illegal alien laws by the different states.
