I grew up near Lake Powell, enjoyed its beauty and recreational opportunities, and witnessed millions of others doing the same. Good thing we ignored the "experts" then, hopefully we can continue doing just that.

The nice thing about Lake Powell, is that it is, and always will be a great conversation piece! Lake Powell isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. I predict Lake Powell will be around longer than most of us. I also predict that water will flow into and out of the lake each year? Maybe not, nut what a good prediction. Anyone who gives the 50% scenario on any topic is an idiot. The 50% scenario will always be right, because the other 50% margin will cover their butt! Memo to scientist with predictions...GO AWAY!!!!!
