Dining out: Q4U

Q4U is the bottom tier of barbecue in the area. Well, of real barbecue. The Tony Romas types are lower, but that's not real barbecue. Joe Morley's, Three Pigs, Pats, SugarHouse, and Holy Smoke are all better, some much much better.

It's quite likely that T's competition ribs are better than what is served at the restaurant.

As a compatition BBQ Chef, KCBS certified BBQ Judge and a person who loves BBQ. I found that Q4U has some Great ol' Hickory smoked BBQ. I would recommend it to any one looking for some fantastic BBQ in Utah. Thanks for the BBQ Q4U

Hey--Get Real BBQ--I agree, but a lot of wanta-be BBQ'rs in Utah think that T can do no wrong in the BBQ world. I still say Pat has the best BBQ in town.
