Isn't Gibby the corrupt developer who is buddies with that racist Senator Buttars? Boy, birds of a feather, flock together.

The So Called Friends of Maple Mountain have lost and shot themselves in the foot in the process!!! If you'd have just left things alone and quit whining about having a few new neighbors, you'd have 50 nice new homes on about 3 acres each dotting the hillside, similar to woodland hills.

But instead, you've drug this out long enough to get HB177 passed which means gibby can start from scratch now and probably put 200+ new homes there and neither you nor mapleton city can do a dang thing about it!!!!

I love it when a plan comes together!!!

you can't let voters get in the way of the good ol' boys profit. They know what is best for you. Just ask your elected officials.

Which legislator was it that helped Giddy push this land grab? If you don't know, you shouldn't be voting.

The sponsor of the Bill was Mike Morley. Not who you were thinking was it???? Ever Heard of M-13 Construction? That would be Mike Morley. He had the backing of the entire Home Builders Association of Utah on this one.

The more I think about it.....mapleton has started to get way to exclusive with all the high priced lots down there. Maybe Gibby should change things up and do 40 buildings of 12 plex condo's!!! Some lower income housing in mapleton would be great. And with all the extra ground he could still give them all horse rights!!!!
