Plan to require courses to get a boat license fails

Hey Brad - It is the idiots like you which allow your "i know the rules attitude" to intefere with common sense.
It is also the idiots with your attitude which allow there kids to run off with the jet skis and run into people and follow behind other boats to jump the wakes.
Guess nothing will never happen because you are driving...but what about the 16 year old driving which does not have experience?

I had no idea you needed a boating license. Good thing I don't boat!
