County Council gets an etiquette lesson

If she thinks this is bad she should come to a legislative committee meeting. While citizens like me testify they talk, tell jokes behind their hands and laugh, talk on the phone, play on their computers and sometimes even get up and walk out! They don't listen to the people. Last time I spoke one guy was reading the newspaper. It is ridiculous.
