Chinese firms hard to sue

Sounds like a laywer would have a tough time making a living in China . And one
reason that the US bussiness can't compete whith China.

If we really felt any sympathy for domesitc firms, we'd buy from them. But
we're too cheap (and short-sighted)

At some point the items get delivered to the U.S. and payment is made to
someone, so there has to be someone who knows who these companies are in order
to be able to serve them the lawsuit papers. Send the lawsuit papers in the
same envelope as the check. Anyway, if they can't sue them in China, sue
them in the U.S., and get an injunction against that company's products
being delivered. When a court order here prohibits their goods from being
unloaded off the boats and they have to ship them back to China, it won't
take long for them to come asking what's going on.
