He was LDS. I guess I missed that, was that in the headline or something? Only in Utah is this the measure of who you are. I guess we need clearly marked street signs so we can divide ourselves further. Isn't Utah GREAT.
Yes, Utah is great! | 12:12 a.m. Feb. 13, 2008
Embrace it's greatness. You are loved in spite of your sarcasm.

If you had the priveledge of knowing Edward Christian Eyring the father of Dr. Eyring the well known scientist you would understand more clearly how a great family has developed. Brother Eyring lived across the street from my grandfather in Pima Arizona. He was not only kind he was a very brilliant man. He made you feel like you were one of the most important persons on earth. Not only did his son become well known his daughter was married to a prophet. It was an honor to know him.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Eyring at a Christmas banquet in Provo. The new receptionist was told that he would be arriving. When he did, she was not certain of who this gentleman was, so she stated, "I know I should know you but I can't think of your name." He smiled and said, "I sometimes have the same problem when I look in the mirror each morning. I'm Henry Eyring. I am very forgettable." He was very humorous and humble during his talk that evening and presented an unforgettable memory.
