This is one the biggest and most important educational decisions in years for Salt Lake City. I commend both Mayor Becker and look forward with optimism at Joanne Milner's ability to bring to Salt Lake City a fresh and whole new paradigm of educating our youth as well as our residents. With the support of the City's school superintendent, the City and School Board are years ahead of any other council or board that the City has had in the past 25 years or more.
