We love him! We have learned so much from him from his words and his actions.
He was and will continue to be a great example to all. He has called the world
to repentance, as have all prophets before him. He has shared his personal
testimony of the restored Gospel with the entire world, but most importantly his
complete and sure knowledge of who the Savior, Jesus Christ is... That He died
for all of mankind, and through Him, all mankind may be saved...That He lives!
and That He will return again to this earth one day. President Hinkley was
a great teacher while on the earth, and he will continue to be a great teacher
beyond this life. He knows Truth, and he has taught the Truth to the world.
President Hinckley...a great man and a great teacher!

WE are saddened by the passing of our dear Prophet. But know that he is with
his beloved Marjorie. We will always remember him and his wonderful sense of

This evening before the passing of President Hinckley, I was going through prior
copies of the Ensign magazine and found the October 2003 Ensign with President
and Sister Hinckley on the cover and thought about Sister Hinckley. After
hearing the news of his passing, I thought about the joy of his dear eternal
companion and others welcoming him to the other side. Thank you President
Hinckley, for your lifelong service, dedication and wonderful example to the
world. You have been a pillar of strength in my life and I will be eternally
grateful.

Even though I knew he couldn't, I was hoping he would live forever. He was
and still is a great man and Prophet of the Lord. He's with his wife and
family members now. He will be missed terribly.

What a loss for the world! What a remarkable man who only wanted peace and love
to reign on earth. We will miss him deeply, but he is with his wife, what a

From Alberta Canada... we add our love to the Hinckley family. The phone calls
from all our married children expressing their love for President Hinckley has
been so heartwarming. Our beloved prophet finally made it 'home' to be
with his sweetheart Marjorie, whom he missed beyond words. What a joyous reunion
they must be having! He will be in our hearts forever. What a valiant example
Pres. Hinckley was to us. Our prayers are now also with the Monson family. With
gratitude we are blessed to know the Church has such valiant apostles to carry
on.

I like how anonymous put it, "One of the greatest Prophets in
history..." I totally agree - ALL history. He will be greatly missed. I
am glad and blessed to have lived during his time of Prophetic Leadership. I am
so grateful for the example he set, the testimonies he bore, the leadership he
gave, and for the special blessing he, Pesident Benson, and President Monson
gave to our family on October 27, 1987, which blesses us eternally. We will miss
this great Prophet to the world. We will love him forever. Until we meet
again...

We loved Presdient Hinckley and all the wonderful things he has done for the
church. He will be sorely missed. But how happy he must be now that he is back

President Hinckley was truly an inspired man. I have as long as I can remember
loved him and felt such a spirit about him. This day is a happy day for him and

I guess he can ask Moses what it was like to part the Red Sea, Daniel what it
was like to have the lions mouths closed, Joseph, Alma, Alma the Younger, The
Brother of Jared, Adam and Eve, so many questions so many people that he will
sit and talk to now. i have a few words, found on page 19 "We thank thee oh
God for a prophet to guide us in these latter days." he will be missed.

My great sadness at the passing of our beloved Prophet is only lessened by my
happiness over his reunion with his sweet wife. My sympathy to the Hinckley
family. What a precious man, and faithful servant of the Lord the world has
lost. The school children here are wearing their church clothes to school
tomorrow in horor of him. We all love him so. We are sad in Arizona. Rest in

What an amazing prophet we had for so many years. We have been so blessed. He
will be missed by many and loved. I know that he was such a true prophet and
that he lived such a great life and dedicated so much of it to this church.

President Hinckley was short in statue tall in spirit, testimony, integrity and
optimism. We shall miss him. His presence always encouraged and strenthened
those who were privileged to be in his midst. The Church has lost a stalwart
leader; the world has lost a wonderful role model. He may be lost from our view
for now, but he will never be lost from our hearts. His example of goodness and
hard work will live on in others because he made them better and gave them
purpose and love. He lived a life so nearly Christ-like that many lives were
touched and changed for the better. Though "That signs 30 for his mortal
existance"; it is not the last time we shall see and follow his ways.

Like the mighty Prophet of the Restoration, Joseph Smith, Pres. Hinckley
deserves the praise and admiration of all Latter-day Saints and faithful
Christians everywhere. His faithfulness and love for the Savior, youthful
energy and sense of humor was truly an inspiration to me. May our Heavenly
Father bless him and his family on both sides of the veil as he continues on in
the work of the Great Jehovah! Till we meet again, President Hinckley, till we

daughter called from college after hearing and cried for her loss. But the Lord
calls another great one in his place. The work will continue here, and President

I know with all my heart, President and his beautiful wife and all the Heavens
are rejoicing tonight. For those of us earthbound, saddened by the great loss.
We earthbound souls should sing and be thankful for knowing President Hinckley
is and was a true Prophet of God, and all our lives are zealousley affected and
