I am a New Yorker who two hours ago went to my bank and learned of a $30,000 court ordered levy on my bank account. This was the result of identity fraud. In addition to lost time there is a heavy emotional toll not to mention missed opportunities resulting from the lowering of my credit score.

I feel equally victimized by the person who stole my identity as I am with those granted a loan in my name.
