The stuff Utah calls heavy beer is simply called beer in every other state. Utah's 3.2 beer is considered water to many and light to most.

"The intent of this bill is for economic development for small distillaries."
Is this for both local distilled spirits and breweries? This would be attractive to bring a small distiller to Utah as well as marketing our renowned and award winning beers.

I want fewer pro- alcohol- drinking and producing incentives, fewer clubs and less access to purchasing drinking alcohol.

You sound like you have a drinking problem. Go to AA and let the rest of us live our lives. Why should we coddle you people in the lowest denominator?
