Indian tribes could gain corporate status

having been here first, all Native American should require the Utah government to register as a foreign entity (ie terrorists) hostile to the general peace and welfare THE PEOPLE. Forcing the NA tribes to be a "corporation", which is a creature of the state, takes away their tribal, as well as individual sovereignty and relegating them to vassels of the state.
