Springville opts against altering border with Sp. Fork

I can't believe this is all over a few acres... not to mention that it was already agreed upon! Mr Roberts sure has a lawsuit... I hope he takes the city and its stupid people to court show them how to uphold an agreement! There should be a conciquence for the city for breaking promises! What does this say about the mayor and the council members? That we cant TRUST them! They won't keep their end of the deal and will lead us on for a year and then laugh at us when we tell them it was all a big lie!
I don't think so, MR ROBERTS SUE THEM FOR THEIR INJUSTICE they think they can cause!
Didn't this just happen in another city in salt lake county? Didn't the land owner sue and WIN? If i remember correctly it was riverton or Bluffdale?.. it was a huge ordeal over city keeping their side of the deal and upholding what was promised.
Is this what our country has come to... breaking promises? Giving false hope? Going against their word?
Is it just a coincidence that the city happened to not finish the paper work, just when the year had gone by and had to get a reapproval? I don't think so... I think this was the cities plan from the very beginning!!!
I would never do buisness with a company that was run this way, so why do we do buisness with Springville? Watch out developers and builders this city has serious issues with being honest and sticking to thier word! They should be sued not just to be released from Springville city, but also for money! All the money and time they caused this developer...Teach them a lesson!

I understand they citys point of view... but they should say "this was a previous aggreement we are going to honor that aggreement, then make changes in the ordinances so it dosen't happen again!" The city is going about this in the wrong way and hopefully will be taught how to play fair! The city isn't above the rules and they need to be taught that!
I seriously hope that one of the council members reads this and understands that they've made avery bad choice thats going to end up hurting the city!
