Fact: Moving the flavored malt beverages (I REFUSE to use the other name that has been popularized by opponents to them, it's silly and childish)to the state liqueur store means several things:
1) An 87% mark up by the state simply for being sold in these stores.
2) Either every single liqueur store would have to be expanded, or the availability of both the malt beverages AND hard liqueur would be halved at best.
3) This is going before an open vote, which means that we, the voters, can shoot it down.
4) Saying that alcohol in general causes abuse, drunk driving and death is a statement that is so generalized and propaganda filled that it demeans my intelligence. Please stop until you can have a better argument that "I think it's BAD and so should you!"
5) We live in a state that is run by members of the LDS church. It is my responsibly as a voting member of the public to let these individuals know that their faith does not run my life. Respect works both ways.
