i am so happy the charge is droped i know this kid is innocent u can't charge some body with out any crime .

I find it interesting that in such a pro-gun state as Utah (yes, I live here) there can be such a misunderstanding of gun ownership rights nevermind the overzealous attempts of police to blame video games for future crimes.

he was arrested for falsifying his alien registration number, a required number on the form. The judges ruling will be overturned on appeal. The Alien registration number is required by federal law for a permanent resident, non citizen, to purchase a firearm. He also had an obsession with watching US servicemen and women being blown up with IED's. He mad overt statements about killing police and others. Innocent my dairy aire! Don't believe everything you read in the papers folks!
