Same goes for judges that are only concerned about retiring in 20 years, especially prvelent in the Juvenile Courts. There was a time when it was concidered an honor to be entrusted with the rights of individuals rather than the corporate connection which makes the laws for the attorneys to argue.

Mr. Snow is right on. Ultimately, the value of lawyers in society is as problem-solvers. It does not take long to figure out that ethical, substantive, professional lawyers solve problems, where "pit bull" pulpit-pounding lawyers cause problems.

I know Mr. Snow personally, and he exhibits the highest standards. He gives the law profession an exemplary name.
