Utah native sworn in as deputy 'drug czar'

It says he was "officially sworn in". I'd like it if some of the people involved in this "drug war" started to have some integrity and realized what an oath to uphold the Constitution means. At least in 1917 it was understood that a constitutional amendment was needed for that kind of behavior. But, now they trample and shred the constitution at every turn. Where, mister Burns, does your authority to do that kind of work come from?
