3rd charter adds west-side option

I hope this school will live up to is promises of creating strong, critical thinkers. Charter schools make a lot of promises, but in reality, many of them don't live up to all the hype they bestow on themselves.

Way to go Larry et al., we need more of these.

I also hope the school lives up to the promises because this group of kids needs somebody to do so,
