Yes using temples to make money has been aroud forever- just ask Jesus and Daybreak.

Temples aren't used to make money. What do you want, a no-buy zone for 50 miles around? I suppose hotels, souvenir stands, and restaurants around important religious and secular sites are not appropriate, too. People have to eat, sleep, etc. You do eat, sleep, etc.?!
