Thank you Senator Waddoups for sponsoring this sensible bill. It's nice to see proactive, compassionate legislation. I hope the bill will pass both legislative bodies undiluted, and will be signed by the governor.

That this is an issue at all seems almost comical to me. Who in the world would actually want to pay to do that? But apparently it happens, so I guess I'm on board for this one. I just hope it doesn't detract too much from the important issues we're facing.
