Then the beautiful view over the refineries? the pungent smell of burning oil. Ahhhh, steller site, sign me up for two units.

I can't wait! I've been looking for houses in the Eaglewood area and they are too expensive. It sounds like these will be in my price range and looks like a classy development. And just 5 minutes from my work downtown!

The increase in traffic through the capitol hill and third west corridor area needs to be considered. Another two thousand cars a day is not low impact and will not increase property values!
