Extend Utah fund role, say Navajos

Congress can act quickly when it is motivated.

Shifting the funds to tribes general fund will be a diaster. The Utah Navajo are already at the bottom of the funding list from the tribe. Giving the tribe control of the funds would be a huge mistake for the Utah Navajo's.

If the state wants out of the Trust Management they need to come up with some other plan other than turning it over to the general fund of the Navajo tribe. The Utah Navajo's will never see the money if it goes into the general tribe funds.

Will, Will, Will, it's about time we get our money back and after all this time the money has been misused for sooooo long. There's so much that needs to be done in the aneth extention area plus the Utah navajos. My parents need help with their home and after all it's our money. We don't need them to hold on any further,the money is being misused and We went to let them hold on to the money for another two years? What is wrong with you people. Give the money back and let go.............

Haven't the Dine' (Navajos) been involved, for years, in a lawsuit with the State of Utah over the misuse and mysterious disappearance of millions of dollars from these royalty payments due the Navajos and, supposedly, administered on behalf of the Navajos by the State of Utah?
