As a practicing Muslim, I am outraged by the unjust treatment of this teacher. I have two children who named a baby doll Muhammad out of love for Prophet Muhammad. There is absolutely no wrong in doing so, this only serves in drawing them closer to Islam.
The name of Muhammad can only be considered sacred for the person of Prophet Muhammad alone.
Assuming the worst-case scenario, where the teacher named the teddy bear with the intention to belittle the person of Prophet Muhammad. The officials in Sudan could have at most, issued a warning and a request that she takes lessons in Islamic principles. Anything beyond that is sheer injustice and abuse of the basic principles of human rights in Islam and across all beliefs.
I am calling on Muslims around the world to stand up for justice in this matter, in order to free the British teacher and apologize to her. In the same manner they stood up for other injustices!

I applaud you! What better way to resolve this?!
