Pair to face trial over nude photos

Since the girl was so close to being 18-years-old I hope that Justice prevails and the Judge dismisses the case quicker than it was filed. It sounds like the girl could have easily said "I don't want to do this anymore" had she chosen to, but she didn't. In fact, much younger children find it very rewarding in talking back to adults, so this talk about not being able to make their minds up is really a bad excuse to prosecute adults for childrens acting out!!

If anybody is to be punished, it should be the female who posed and whose idea it was.
